Quality is our specialty at Pilgrim Farms. Grass fed beef is known for having less fat content, brighter coloring and better taste! The picture to the right was sent to us buy one of our valued customers who wanted to put our steak to the test. The two steaks are the same cut, cooked to the same temperature and were prepared the same way. The color difference says it all!
